By accessing or using PyPaper, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

• Free Tier: Limited to 3 conversions per day for non-commercial or light use.
• Pro Tier: Grants unlimited access and advanced features for the duration of the subscription/access period.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the service to process illegal content or engage in automated abuse of the API.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the notebooks you upload. PyPaper does not claim ownership or any rights to your content beyond what is necessary to perform the requested conversion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

PyPaper is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in PDF rendering for all possible notebook configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PyPaper be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
